I just started renting a unit from them. Wow, talk about going above and beyond. I was supposed to have a 5:00 appointment to rent the unit. I wasn't able to make it on time.. Not only did she stay and wait for me until long after 5pm but it just happened to be the day we had 111° weather that day. She was so kind and helpful. Now THATS customer service!!! Okay, I've been here a couple of months now and the quality of service just keeps going on and on. I can't say enough about these guys. Will recommend them always.

I was very happy with the amount of communication and the help that the site managers provided, while they were going through a transition of painting new lines for the parking spaces. I was also put at ease to know that the facility is secure and I feel comfortable with storing my camper there on site. Thank you for being a site with the right price too!

I have had a unit down here for a little over a year now - management has been the same from the time I called up through the last time I paid. Always super helpful as I am having to constantly ask for help with things. The manager has knowledge outside of the storage business too. I was making a payment this month and witnessed her helping another tenant with an issue he was having, she was quoting rcw to him as I walked in. She immediately acknowledged me and took my payment even though I had offered to wait until she was done helping him.
