I called over the phone asking about a storage unit. Although out on the property I got a call back really fast. I decided to go into the office to do the paperwork and everything was explained in great detail. I did have a small issue with the unit I was given but after a quick conversation it was resolved within 5 minutes. Between the customer service, security gate and a fellow renter I met while moving my stuff in, I highly recommend them for your rental needs.

Marcos was the attendant today when we went to get our car washed and we forgot our bike rack was on the car. We were just stopping when I remembered and we drove through and he asked us what happened. He then told us to go around and he would meet us and let us go again. Super nice for him to do that for us especially on Fathers Day😊

I had an outstanding experience at the self service car wash thanks to Marcos. While I was washing my car, Marcus noticed that I was using the brush when, based on the tile setting, I should have been using the nozzle. Without me even asking he came over, explained this issue, adjusted the settings and even added extra time to my wash so I wouldn’t feel rushed and could finish cleaning my car properly. What impressed me most was he didn’t stop there. He checked on me several times throughout the wash to make sure everything was working correctly and that I had enough time. He even brought me clean towels to help dry my car. I’ve honestly never experienced customer service like this at a car wash self- or full- service. Marcus genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience and was completely satisfied. His attention, kindness, and proactive approach turned a routine car wash into something memorable and truly made my day. Thank you Marco’s for going above and beyond. Your level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. Give this man a raise!!!
