Super easy process to rent with them! Very easy communication! Will absolutely use them again if I need another unit!

I can't say enough good things about this storage facility and the wonderful people who work here. From the very beginning, they were kind, understanding, and incredibly responsive. They made the entire rental process easy and stress-free. After I rented a unit and started moving in, I realized it didn’t really fit my needs, (not fault of theirs they showed me the unit initially and I agreed), anyways, I reached out to see if there were any other options. They immediately reassured me and invited me to come back the next day to look at other available units that would better fit my needs. They didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing them in the slightest. When I returned, they took the time to show me several different units and let me choose the one I felt most comfortable accessing. They understood that I wanted a unit where I wouldn't have to back up my vehicle, and they genuinely wanted to make sure I felt confident and at ease. The transfer process to the new unit was seamless, and they handled everything with such kindness and professionalism. Customer service like this is rare these days. They truly care about their customers, and I'm so grateful for their patience, understanding, and willingness to help. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a place where you'll be treated with respect and genuine care.

Stored there for 26+ years. Not one break in and everyone who worked there were absolutely lovely to deal with if you needed info. Can't recommend them more highly! Thanks so much!
