The service here is amazing! Prices are cheap, staff are great, especially Chris, every time I come to pay my unit it's fun to talk a little with him, and he makes it easy every time!

As a mobile mechanic I need access to my tools at any given time and university express storage offers that. The location is great. Close to home, close to the interstate. Security is great. There is a hotel right across the parking lot so someone is always around. There are several cameras on the facility and the hotel, including gated access. In my time renting here (~6 months) I've noticed the property has been improving a lot. If and when I need something the manager Chris is always there to help. He runs the place by himself during the week from what I can tell. Hard working guy, cares about the customers and the business, always a good conversation. Prices are a little high but I've stored at a lot of places and I like this facility the most.
