Improvements were made, changing rating to a 4 for now ORIGINAL REVIEW: This place lists its hours as being 9AM-5PM every day except for holidays. Right now, it's 3 o'clock in the middle of May (not a holiday), but it's a Saturday and the doors are locked, gate's closed, no way to access my storage unit. I assume it will be closed tomorrow, too, so my car will apparently be full of boxes until Thursday, the next time I can access this place. Please either adjust the listed hours here or make sure access is available at the given times. Unit is not the correct size that was listed, however, I believe it's actually bigger, so this isn't necessarily a complaint. Just a note to others to be sure to check your space's dimensions. If mine is incorrect, yours might be, too, but not to your benefit. My unit is on the second floor and the layout is a bit of a maze with lots of stairs and nonworking elevator. You'll be hauling your stuff by hand a lot, and bringing a dolly won't necessarily help because the stairs are all over. Also be aware that this place has hidden fees in the form of a mandatory renter's insurance. They will opt you in after a while unless you have renter's insurance elsewhere, but keep in mind that your already-existing renter's insurance might not cover off-site locations like this. All in all, it's just a huge hassle. EDIT: Apparently the location was only closed on that Saturday due to unforeseen circumstances, and that's not normally the case. I discussed the issue with Autumn, who is a kind and lovely lady. I went today (Saturday) and was able to access my unit with no problems. I would still urge this place to ensure the right sizes are listed, that the elevator is made functional, and something is done about the odd placement of stairs. Even adding ramps to the places where there are just 2 steps would be helpful so we can use dollies
